As well as working within our own trust we have developed our PEARL offer (Performance Enhancement and Research Leadership) which offers a dynamic full school improvement service to work with other academies and partnerships to support their development. PEARL encompasses our entire support package we are able to offer from IT support and infrastructures to high quality CPD provision and full review programmes. Our PEARL offer is tailored to individual needs and fully evaluated to ensure maximum impact. Our MAT is fully immersed in a number of national research projects and can work with academies to implement research projects and disciplined inquiries tailored to their own context whilst also being able to look at the wider, national impact.
