Cat works closely with colleagues throughout the academies developing and implementing teaching and learning initiatives and strategies to raise standards of teaching practice and therefore raise student standards and progress. She facilitates this through lesson reviews and trouble-shooting, team and modelled teaching. She also carries out joint planning, assessment and marking to further develop the skills and knowledge of the colleagues she works with.
