Gina supports teaching and learning of maths across the Abbey MAT primary academies through working collaboratively with colleagues. Gina works closely with maths leads in the primary schools and provides support, advice and is a sounding board for the local maths leads and staff. Gina facilitates improvements in teaching and learning in range of ways which can include: coaching and mentoring colleagues, modelling teaching methods and team teaching; providing support and guidance around planning and assessment. Through her role Gina is also able to share best practice across the primary academies and celebrate successes.
