Paula works across the Abbey MAT primaries to support teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage. She works closely with colleagues, team teaching, modelling, and supporting with planning and assessment. She collaborates with staff to plan effective learning environments which meet the needs of the pupils. Through her role as Lead Practitioner Paula is able to share best practice across the schools in Abbey MAT, working towards improved outcomes and progress for pupils.
